The long pristine beaches of Ecuador are mostly undetected and unexplored by foreigners. On one of the most beautiful beaches we built our bed & breakfast hotel, El Faro Escandinavo (The Scandinavian Lighthouse) in the small village of San Lorenzo. Situated only 20 miles south of Manta it is easily accessed by air from Quito or Guayaquil and by road from Guayaquil. Here you can enjoy sun, sand and sea in quiet luxury. The hotel is not open to non residents which offer you a thoroughly private ambience.
